Doing Work Differently

Doing Work Differently

RADAR's Doing Work Differently guide addresses real questions. How do you get off benefits and into work? How do you get a job? How do you keep your job if circumstances change? How can you as a line manager or colleague help people with ill-health, injuries or disabilities to do all this?

Older people, people with physical or mental health problems, blind or deaf people, wheelchair users and people who have had accidents or illnesses that in the past might have forced them to retire are all to be found in today's workforce. Doing Work Differently has been written by people with these experiences to help you or anyone else in a similar position.

RADAR's Doing Life Differently series of booklets is aimed at people who, because of their ill-health, injury or disability, may want or need to do things differently.
