Doing Work Differently

Doing Work Differently

Doing Work Differently (DWD) explores practical solutions to real questions related to work.

How do you get a job?

How do you keep your job if circumstances change?

How can you as a line manager or colleague help people with living with disability or health conditions to do all this?

How will work affect your benefits?

DWD offers positive, simple answers to these questions, and provides real life examples of how people have started a job, found a new career, or found a way to keep doing their current job if their circumstances change.  DWD can help you overcome barriers associated with work, suggesting where to seek advice, and showing how small adjustments such as flexible hours and changing where you sit can make a big difference.
